1. The Artist hereby requests and authorises Performers, who accepts to promote her/him through the website performers.lu.

2. The Artist agrees, acknowledge and allows that the engagers, who may be private or individual or entities, or concert organisers including performers

themselves, will contact her/him directly via his profile on the Performers.lu website, which publicly shows the contact information, the Artist provided Performers.lu.

3. The Artists agrees, acknowledges a subscription for a period of 1 year and automatically renewable for successive periods of 1 year in the absence of notice by any party. The artist agrees to the subscription costs of 10 Euro per year.

4. The Artist agrees and acknowledges that all engagements accepted by her/him through the website of Performers.lu are entirely on the responsibility of her/himself.

5. The Artist agrees and acknowledges that Performers.lu has no influence and responsibility on how many engagements she/he will get.

6. All Performers that have been part of Performers.lu before 1st of October 2020 are exempted of the set-up fee and the first yearly subscription fee.
